We all feel overwhelmed, stuck, or stressed at times.

You need to make a decision but are scared to make the wrong choice.

There’s so much to do and so little time.

You have a dream but aren’t sure how to accomplish it.

You worry you’ll never get something you want.

Or maybe you have no clue what you truly want to begin with.

Whenever you’re confronted with one of these circumstances, you usually respond in one (or all) of these ways:

👉You talk through your issue with your partner or friend.

 👉You try to figure things out and think your way through. You brainstorm, make lists, come up with to-do’s and make plans.

 👉You search for inspiration and knowledge. You Google around to see who or what can help you. You read articles and books or sign up for a workshop or online program.

 👉You hire a coach.

You feel you need to act, make things happen, and take the lead.

After all, this is your life and you’re responsible for how you live it.

No one can live your life for you!

If you don’t actively steer your life, life will pass you by and you won’t get what you want out of it.

And you don’t want to lie on your deathbed with any regrets, do you?

So if you feel stuck or stressed, it’s up to you to find a breakthrough.

You need to DO something.

And if you don’t know what to do, that’s the first thing to figure out!

I’d like to suggest a different strategy.

An easy one.

Super simple and effortless.

What it is?

To do NOTHING. Ab-so-lu-te-ly fuck all.

I know—sounds totally counter intuitive, doesn’t it?

You can’t just lean back and do nothing. Without acting nothing gets done! Problems don’t solve themselves. Dreams don’t get magically fulfilled.

What you need doesn’t just drop into your lap!

If you don’t do something at some point, everything goes wrong sooner or later.

Doing nothing is stupid and wrong!

Ah, but seriously, it’s ALL you have to do.


Because in doing nothing, a space opens. 

Space for inspiration, answers and solutions to come through.

Space for magic to unfold.

Space for things to work out without you doing anything for it.

And yes, maybe you’ll take an action or two.

But it won’t feel like you’re doing anything.

It will feel natural like breathing. Or peeing.

That doesn’t need any planning or willpower, does it?

Breathing happens. Peeing happens. (Hopefully at the right time at the right place, but in general, this works out ;-))

Your heart beats without your interference.

The sun rises without you doing anything for it.

And guess what?

Your life works out without your interference, too.

So relax.

Lean back.

The answers you seek will come to you.

Your actions will spontaneously arise.

Everything will happen at the exact right time.

Your life will unfold for you effortlessly.


Just BE and watch how everything works out by itself.

After all, you’re not living your life.

Life is living YOU.
