I know exactly what you want.

You want the same thing everyone on this planet wants:

To be happy.

And you’re doing the same thing everyone else is doing to find or maintain happiness:

🍀You try to change or eradicate the things you don’t want.

🍀You try to hold on to things that make you feel good.

🍀 And you try to achieve goals or gain stuff you think will make you happy.

What this looks like for you is different than what it looks like for others.

Maybe you think you’ll be happy when you reach 6 or 7 figures or publish your first book.

Maybe you think you’ll finally feel good once you lost fifteen pounds, found your soulmate, have children, or create more success (whatever that looks like for you).

Maybe you’re doing well now, and you do your best to maintain this (while perhaps also trying to make improvements to your business, relationship or yourself.)

Whatever you try to change, solve, fix, achieve, hold on to or accomplish, you do it for ONE reason:

to be(come) happy or happier. (Or at least, less miserable.)

You’re looking in ONE place:

outside of yourself. (You seek happiness in others, achievements, accomplishments, material possessions or certain experiences or situations, for example.)

You think you must DO something to feel happy.

(Solve issues, reach goals, accomplish dreams, hold on to people or circumstances that make you happy or try to control situations, outcomes, or others so you can feel better, for example.)

And you believe that happiness comes and goes.

What goes up must come down, the other shoe will drop someday, and life is filled with challenges.

You can’t be happy all the time, can you?

Yes.

You can.

Happiness is NOT the result of something you do, have or experience.

NO situation, goal, circumstance or person can make you happy forever.

If that were true, no one would ever get divorced, change jobs, or dream new dreams.

If something (or someone) could make you happy for life, you’d never reach for new goals once you gained something you love.

Happiness is your true nature.

Happiness is what you are.

Happiness. Is. What. You. ARE.

You experience it when your mind isn’t in the way.

You don’t have to seek it, work for it, pray for it, hope for it, or make deals with the universe for it.

You can experience it right here, right now, regardless of what goes on in your life.

How?

By sinking into this moment and embracing this moment and everything that goes on within and around you—without resisting, controlling, judging, or holding on to anything.

Yes, it’s that simple.

No, it’s not necessarily easy to ‘do’ or ‘practice’.

Millions of years of human conditioning tell you it’s NOT that simple, happiness CAN’T last forever, and you DO have to work for or somehow earn it.

All you have to do is drop that conditioning and consciously BE the Infinite Awareness you are.

That’s the simplest and most direct way to shift from seeking happiness to BEING happiness—the happiness you already ARE.

If you’re truly interested in finding true and lasting happiness and inner peace, regardless of your circumstances, you need to stop chasing it and return to YOU.

Turn inwards.

That’s where you’ll find that you already are everything you seek.
