You know that, in the end, everything always works out.

You don’t have to force a solution, push to make things go your way.

Life doesn’t work like that.

(If it did, ALL problems globally and individually would be solved by now.)

You already know this.

You know that the best solutions don’t arise from frantically taking whatever actions you can think of.

They don’t come from worrying or overthinking.

They don’t come from hours and hours trying to figure things out.

Solutions arrive quietly.

Without your effort.

Out of nowhere.

They stand behind you, tapping you on the shoulder.

Suddenly, they’re just there.

They’re the ideas that pop up while you do the dishes.

The email you send without thinking it over.

That call you make, that party you visit.

And seemingly from that—or out of the blue—your answer is there.

Your issue is solved.

Or, somehow, it no longer bothers you at all.

You already know, it’s all Life.

You’re the solution and the problem—

it all shares the same essence, showing up in different colors,

different textures, different shapes.

Sometimes it’s hard to trust that.

Perhaps this is one of those times.

So let me,

gently,

remind you:

What you think you need won’t come from frantic action.

Won’t come from pushing through.

Breathe.

Take a step back, if only for a second.

Can you sit with not knowing what to do?

Can you bear the nothingness, solutionlessness of now?

Can you sense your heart breathing,

(your hair growing),

your blood flowing?

Can you BE until

What’s next arises

out of nowhere?

Love,
