I talk about ‘effortless action’ and ‘letting life unfold’ all the time. And this often triggers questions:
What do you DO? What do your days look like then?
So, here’s what that can look like:
Waking up, knowing there’s nothing to figure out.
Sitting down at your desk and letting the inspiration (or lack of it) be okay.
Dropping the mental gymnastics of “Should I post this? Is this the right move?” and just posting the thing—or not.
Feeling the nudge to send that email and simply doing it, without dissecting the reasons why.
Noticing the quiet pull to take a walk, even when your to-do list is glaring at you.
Writing a sales email and letting it come through as it flows, without worrying if it’s good enough.
And sometimes, doing absolutely nothing.
When you stop trying to plan every step and control every outcome, something shifts—you stop gripping so tightly, and life starts to feel lighter.
Decisions aren’t so loaded.
You start moving with the natural intelligence of the moment.
That might mean you launch something without a full plan because it feels alive in you. (That’s how I launch all my stuff.)
Or you pause in the middle of a task because the energy feels off, and instead of pushing through, you let it be.
Following what feels light and dropping what feels heavy—not because you’re lazy, but because life moves with ease when you stop forcing it.
Practically, it’s also knowing that when doubts or fears arise, you don’t have to get rid of them.
You notice them and let them pass.
Sometimes, it means watching a Netflix series instead of working on your business and marveling at how the most random inspiration can strike when you’re not ‘trying.’
And when things don’t go as planned, you’re free to shrug, let go, and move on.
You know that plans are just placeholders for what life has in mind anyway.
It’s not about abandoning action altogether.
It’s about letting the action arise naturally.
When the pressure to make the ‘right’ move disappears, so does the resistance.
Suddenly, you’re not strategizing life; you’re being lived by it.
This isn’t passive.
It’s alive, responsive, and intuitive—like dancing to a rhythm you didn’t create but somehow know by heart.
What if the only thing making action feel hard is the belief that it should be?
What if your mind isn’t actually in charge of what happens next?
Notice what’s moving even when you think you’re doing nothing.
Life doesn’t need your input to keep flowing.
What this looks like, practically, is letting the rhythm take the lead.
And if you can’t hear it yet?
Just stop trying so hard.
There was never anything to push. There was never anything but this.
Love,
