For years, I felt constant pressure to do more and be more in my business.
I used to believe that if I wanted to grow, I had to keep working and act like the person I thought I needed to be to achieve success.
This pressure was a silent undercurrent running through me all day.
At 10am, if I hadn’t started working yet, I’d feel guilty.
At 4pm, I’d look back at the day and think, “I could have been more productive.”
Every program I launched came with layers of pressure:
– To make the program the best it could be.
– To get a certain number of participants.
– To write perfect copy.
– To launch it in the “right” way.
I also carried around a mental list of what I should work on next, like growing my email list, creating a new freebie, or promoting my books.
The guilt was always there (if only in the background of my mind).
If I didn’t achieve a goal, it felt like I’d failed somehow.
I rarely, if ever, felt TRULY relaxed.
There was always an undercurrent of “You could be doing more.”
Does any of this sound familiar?
So many women entrepreneurs feel like they’re constantly falling short, no matter how much they do.
And when we don’t hit our goals, we start believing that either we’re doing something wrong, or we are wrong somehow.
The pressure to do more, be more is exhausting, isn’t it?
I used to think this was just the way things were.
But here’s what I’ve learned:
ALL your actions — including those to grow your business—can be effortless.
Why?
Because flow is your natural state.
And you can tap into it 24/7 by dropping out of your mind and into a state of present awareness.
This shift allowed me to grow my business without all the stress, struggle, and second-guessing.
And ALL my actions feel effortless now.
You can experience that, too.
How?
By being present and aware in each moment.
And by following what each moment calls for—even when your mind thinks you should be doing something else.
It truly is that simple.
It’s just not always easy.
That’s why I created the program Effortless Action for Women Entrepreneurs.
In it, you learn how to let all your actions flow naturally, without stress or overwhelm.
Check it out if any of this resonates—it might just be the perfect program for you.
