Warning label for inner peace
Warning: Inner Peace is not suitable for everyone. Please read through the following to ensure it’s a good fit.
Who Inner Peace is for
Inner Peace is for those who are tired of going to sleep already dressed so you can shift into GO!-mode as soon as your alarm goes off.
You’ve tried meditating (couldn’t sit still); mindfulness (couldn’t quiet your mind if your life depended on it); drinking several bottles of rosé in fifteen minutes (burp); and nothing worked.
But you’ve glimpsed Inner Peace and would like a lifetime subscription to it.
Who Inner Peace is not for
You laugh at people who meditate—what a bunch of boring losers! You want to Hustle, Push, and fix one problem after another, which makes you feel like a superhero who saved humanity without creasing your costume.
In your view, inner peace is for people without a can-do, work-hard-play-hard attitude, which you have in spades.
Side effects
Known side effects of Inner Peace:
Waking up rested and moving through the day unbothered, even when your children decorated the living rooms with the contents of their diapers.
Finding joy in hardly memorable moments like taking that first sip of morning coffee.
Encountering problems and laughing in their face.
Experiencing fear and greeting it like an old friend who’s somewhat welcome.

Instructions for use
See your thoughts yet ignore them, like watching seagulls fighting over a fish at the horizon: they’re there, but what they’re doing is none of your business.
Question your mind’s bedtime stories. Listen to them as if they’re fairy tales: sometimes amusing, sometimes scary, never true.
Keep breathing.
Love,
