Doubting if you’re good enough. I don’t think I ever met a woman who never doubted this.
I doubted it myself (still do sometimes!), and I’ve coached all my private clients through this doubt at least once.
A great way to shift out of this insecurity is to look at it from a different perspective.
You see, when you think you’re not good enough, you’re focused on all the ways you think you fall short. You talk yourself down. You lower your self-esteem and self-confidence. And you talk yourself out of your dreams and the most beautiful experiences and opportunities.
A powerful way to break out of that negative cycle is to reflect on this:
❤️ What exactly does it mean to be good enough?
❤️ How can you know when you are?
❤️ Can you list 5 – 10 things (more is okay!) that prove that you’re already good enough, exactly as you are?
Remember: who you are, is already more than good enough!
Perhaps you don’t have a certain skill or lack some knowledge.
That MAY mean that you’re not professionally qualified to do something, but it NEVER means hat who you are isn’t good enough!!
You are enough.
You are good enough.
You don’t have to earn or prove that.
That’s just the way it is.
