‘The future’ is not a set of circumstances you have no power over. The future doesn’t just happen to you. And it’s not like there are 3 possible futures and that’s it.

There’s no such thing as ‘the’ future.

There are infinite possibilities available in each moment, and YOU create your future in each moment with every thought you think, every decision you make, and every action you take.

Our collective future as humanity is the outcome of what each individual focuses on the most.

That’s how you co-create your own and our collective future.

That’s why IT MATTERS what you do and think in each moment – even when you think it doesn’t.

And that’s why it’s important to be mindful and conscious of the kind of future, the kind of world, you imagine.

Fear and worry can paralyze you, make you give up, feel powerless and helpless.

But you’re NOT helpless and you’re NOT powerless.

On the contrary!

You create your own future, happiness and well-being with your thoughts and energy.

If you worry about the world or ‘the’ future, the best thing to do is to take FULL responsibility for your inner world.

Take full responsibility for your thoughts, feelings, actions, decisions, worries and fears. Shine a light on your own shadows. Clear & heal what’s needed.

Above all: imagine a world and a future that brings you happiness & joy. Act accordingly in each moment.

This does NOT mean to close your eyes to what goes on in the world. Just don’t let the fears, actions and opinions of others determine your well-being.

YOU create your future in each moment.

Your future is as bright as you can imagine it to be.

Imagine it to be beautiful and bright.

P.P.S.: You can learn to let go of worry, fear & stress!

My book ‘The Inner Minimalist – clear the clutter of your mind for a simpler, quieter and happier life’ shows you how.
