𝗜𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹, 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺
Worrying is using your imagination to create mental and emotional images of something you do not want.
It lowers your energy and vibration. It makes you feel hopeless, helpless and down.
It causes stress, fears and anxiety.
It closes you off from your inspiration, intuition, and ability to see or come up with solutions and options.
You feel like you’re only a small, fearful being, alone in a harsh and lonely world.
Daydreaming is using your imagination to create mental and emotional images of something you 𝗱𝗼 want.
It lifts your energy and vibration. It makes you feel hopeful, powerful and uplifted.
It causes joy, bliss, and happiness.
It opens you up completely to your inspiration, intuition, and ability to see or come up with solutions and options.
You feel like all is well because consciously or unconsciously, you’re fully tapped into who you REALLY are: a soul having a human experience. Pure consciousness expressing itself in human form.
Everything is energy and what you give your energy to, especially your repeated, focused energy, is what will come to life in your life.
What do you choose to give your conscious energy to?
What if you spent at least as much time imagining & feeling into what you DO want as you now spend worrying?
(And what if you stopped worrying all together?? It never brought you anything but stress to begin with. Solutions and answers always only come the moment you open up and lighten up, if only a little, if only for a moment.)
