The first response most people have when something feels uncomfortable, is to suppress or avoid that feeling.
This often means that you avoid an action or decision (or a dream or desire) that makes you feel uncertain.
This is a BIG reason people don’t achieve their dreams or goals, or it’s harder and takes longer than necessary.
But you can handle feeling uncomfortable. You can!!
You can breathe through it. You can accept it. You can decide to be okay with it.
(And the moment you stop resisting feeling uncomfortable? You’ll notice it’s no longer a problem and it no longer holds you back.)
