Today was not a great day.
Old pains and fears flared up. It’s part of a big inner transition I’m in. I’m going through a wonderful, healing, expanding shift. And shifts like that bring up the old stuff that’s in the way of fully stepping into the new phase.
Some days it’s easy to be with and move through the stuff that comes up.
Other days it’s harder. Today was one of the harder days. I wanted the day to be over, I didn’t like feeling what I felt and … that was all okay. It’s just the way things were today. It will change. It will pass. The old is on the way out and as it moves out, it comes up for me to see it, acknowledge it, feel it, and in doing that, in BEING with it, the shift happens.
I didn’t feel great today, and that’s okay.
It’s part of life, part of my journey, part of the inner shift I’m in, and above all: it was simply the way things were today. And that’s okay.

Hang in there. Be kind and gentle with yourself. Love yourself. Nurture yourself. This is just the way it is now. Don’t resist the way things are and how you feel. It is what it is for now. It will change. It will pass. It will shift. I got this and so do you!
