That I do everything on intuition and never make any plans (including business plans – don’t make those either), doesn’t mean I don’t make lists.
On the contrary: i LOVE making lists!
I love checking off the things I’ve already done. (So satisfying.)
And I LOVE that having a list supports me in being completely open to my intuition and what wants to be done through me in each moment.
Because there are ALWAYS things that ‘need’ to be done, or need to be done before a certain date.
(Like: paying taxes before the end of this month.)
By writing it on a list I don’t have to hold on to those things in my mind – which keeps it open to receive all the brilliant ideas & inspiration I receive almost all day long :-)
(And then I do the things on the list not on a specific date or time, but at the time my intuition inspires me to do it.)
I used to call this list my To Do-list, like probably most people do.
BUT when I started a new list today (I hadn’t made one since Christmas I think), this suddenly irked me.
I looked at the words ‘to do’ and something in me cringed.
It just felt BWEGH.
So I got a fresh piece of paper and wrote FLOWLIST on top of it instead.
Aaaaahhhhhhhh…..that feels SO much better!
I know, this may seem like a tiny detail, I mean: who cares if you call it a To Do-list, a Flowlist or a Just-Get-This-Shit-Done-Someday-list?
And why write this update about it, too?
Because there ARE NO SMALL THINGS.
Everything that irks, irks.
And every time you come across it. it drains a little bit of your energy.
And all those little irks put together?
Form a massive energy leak, baby!
(Also: the more sensitive you are in general, the more you notice the energy of everything & how it impacts you in general.)
So: Flow List it is! (For as long as that serves me, of course.)
How about you?
What makes you cringe and contract a little every time you come across it?
And what can you do to change that?
