You can only focus on ONE thing at a time:
On what you don’t have and can’t do.
OR on what you CAN do and what IS possible.
It’s really that simple.
So stop looking at ‘how others have it easier’.
What others can or can’t do has NOTHING to do with what’s possible for you.
And stop justifying why you can’t move forward.
Bring your attention back to what you have full power over:
Your own thoughts, perspective, habits and actions.
What do you choose to focus on (which is what you’ll get more of as a result!):
Thinking about why you can’t move forward?
Or opening up to what IS possible for you now?
You’re at choice, baby,
Choose what makes your heart sing.
It’s your life and your decision after all
