If you’ve ever experienced someone copying your articles, emails, or entire programs, you know how infuriating it is.

At least, I know it infuriated ME when I dealt with some copycat asshats a couple of years ago.

I certainly wasn’t all oh-well-bless-you-sending-you-love-and-light-and-I’m-just-going-to-take-this-as-a-compliment about it.

(And anyone who tells me that this truly was their honest to god very first gut reaction when they find out they’ve been copied? Is either an Ascended Master or lying to themselves.)

Anyhow, back to the point I actually want to make.

I think we can all agree that copycats are annoying and infuriating.

But when you betray others by copying their stuff, the person you end up betraying MOST, is YOU.

Because this is what it says about you when copy others:

You COMPLETELY deny your own calling, contribution and self-expression.

You TOTALLY crush your own creativity & soul.

You lack ALL faith and trust in yourself. Because apparently, you don’t think you’re able to come up with any ideas yourself.

You live in a world of LACK, SCARCITY and FEAR. You ONLY copy others when you deeply believe you’re not capable or worthy to share your own stuff. When you fear you’re either incapable of coming up with good ideas or fear you’ll run out of ideas soon.

In fact, when you copy others, it’s a sign that deep down, you LOATHE yourself.

Copying others, stealing their stuff, is the ultimate sign of that you have an exactly 100%  DISbelief in your own value, worth, self & soul.

To be clear, I’m not talking about getting inspired by others, or doing something similar and giving it your own spin.

I’m talking about the word for word copying of someone else’s articles, books, or programs.

When you do that, you betray the person you steal from.

But most of all, you betray YOURSELF.

And if you’ve ever dealt with a copycat or are dealing with it now?

Firstly, allow yourself to feel whatever it is you feel, and vent or cry if you want to.

Secondly, take appropriate action. Like sending a cease and desist letter, for example.

Just make sure the action you take is in complete alignment with your own values and integrity, so you don’t regret it later.

Thirdly, remind yourself of this:

NO ONE can truly copy you. You’re the original, the creator, the idea-machine.

Or actually, the idea receiver and downloader 🙂

There are unlimited ideas floating around in the sky, waiting for the right person to open her mind to receive and act upon it.

The more you let ideas come to you & flow through you, the more you express what wants to be expressed through you, the more ideas you will get.

There’s truly only abundance,  NO ONE can take away what is meant for you, and when you follow your own calling, you are ALWAYS guided & supported by Source.

To being YOU, baby.
