One of my 1-1 clients sent me an email recently, and at the end she asked me how to best prepare for our upcoming coaching session.

The answer I gave her does not just apply to preparing her coaching call, so she can make the absolute most of that.

It also applies to making the best of your business and life – WITHOUT stressing or struggling.

Here’s the gist of the answer I gave her in the hope it serves you as well:

(Slightly rewritten, so that it perfectly applies to biz & life instead of coaching sessions only.)

Don’t be afraid to miss out on something.

Don’t think that you have to be perfect, and over-the-top prepared, or else you can’t ever make the most of your business, or life.

Relax. Take a deep breath.

Reconnect to what truly matters to you most in your life, and what matters to you most about your business.

Reconnect to the feeling of what you most want to accomplish, and why you want that.

Ask your soul what most requires your attention right now.

Ask what’s in your highest good to focus on.

Ask what most needs to be addressed today.

Ask what you need to know, feel, heal, do, let go of or clear up right now – if anything at all.

Trust that whatever happens, happens in your highest good. Always.

Ask your soul to guide you, to lead you, to show you what to do and when to do it.

Not just in your life. But in your business as well.

Trust this guidance is always available to you, and you can hear or feel it in every moment you’re truly present.

Trust that whatever you need to know or whatever needs to be brought to light, WILL become clear to you the exact moment you need it.

Trust your intuition.

Trust your soul.

Trust life.

Above all: trust yourself.

You can’t ever miss out on anything if you let your soul show you your path, your way, your next best step.

Enjoy your life. Enjoy your biz. Follow your joy and you’re automatically in the flow of your life.

“If ALL you do is make your present moment the best moment, the rest of your life will take care of itself.”
