But sometimes things just get to you, even though you KNOW worrying or stressing over anything NEVER makes it better.
We all have that sometimes, right?
And when that happens, there are basically two things you can do:
#1 Stay stuck in your negative vibe.
You can keep mulling it over, keep paying attention to everything that’s NOT working and NOT feeling great.
You keep feeding the train of negative thoughts and emotions, beat yourself up along the way, and drag all kinds of things into it that make you feel even worse.
This doesn’t help and never changes anything for the better.
#2 You lift yourself out of your funk & raise your vibe.
What always works for me, is read some uplifting quotes.
