When you’re relaxed, you get the best ideas and inspiration for every action and decision in your business (because it’s easier to hear your intuition).
Being stressed feels awful, and it also attracts more of the things that freak you out.
You don’t get ANY good ideas when you’re stressed. Your energy is low, and this never gets you good results.
The more relaxed you are, the better results you get.
But the reality of business and life is that you DO feel stressed sometimes.
And how do you turn it around when you’re in the middle of it?
Take these 3 steps to find some calm in the middle of your stress:
Step 1: breathe
I mean this literally: take a couple of deep, deep breaths. Put one hand on your belly, and bring your breath down to it.
Inhale good, positive energy – just imagine this is all around you, and you can infuse your entire system by inhaling it.
Imagine that you exhale anxiety and stress every time you breathe out.
Take at least 7 deep breaths, or as many as you need to feel (a bit) calmer.
Step 2: be present
Be IN this moment with all of your attention. You bring your attention to this present moment by being aware of all of your senses:
Notice what you smell. What you hear. What you see around you. Look out the window and look at the sky. Really take it in, and notice what you see.
In this moment, you are well. In this moment, there is no problem.
Fears and doubts arise the moment you think about the past or the (near) future.
In this moment, you are always OK.

Step 3: ask your intuition
Now that your body and mind are calmer and more relaxed, ask your intuition this question:
What is THE best thing for me to focus on or take action on right now?
Let the answer bubble up. Notice the FIRST thing that comes to mind. This may not always be something you WANT to do. It may also be something that feels completely counter-intuitive.
But it’s probably EXACTLY what you need to do.
“At the center of your being you have the
answer; you know who you are
and you know what you want.”
Practice these steps daily for at least a week.
And notice the difference.
To taking it easy! 😉
