About 90% of all people who signed up completed the first challenge. About 10% of everyone who signed up completed all challenges. The rest gradually dropped out.
A woman told me she is dead serious about getting her business off the ground.
She decides to start a newsletter, and make herself visible on social media daily.
I’ve never seen her newsletter. She posted something on Social Media maybe 5 times within 2 weeks. And then….nothing.
These are just 2 examples of women who SAY they want something, who claim they are COMMITTED to achieving it…but when push comes to shove, they back out.
We’ve all been there.
We’ve all done it. I certainly have! And I’m pretty sure you’ve done this, too.
Which is fine.
If you’re OK with not getting what you want and never achieving the goals you say are important to you.
If you rather make excuses as to why you CAN’T do something, instead of finding ways that you CAN.
The truth is this:
You’re either ALL IN to achieve what you want – and one day actually get it.
Or you’re not – and you won’t.
Again: I’ve been there myself, too!
I’ve said I wanted something without being all in.
I’ve wanted things without being willing do to what it takes to get it.
And I’ve made excuses for why I wasn’t doing what needed to be done:
I have no time. I have no money. I have no energy. I don’t know how.
These are ALL excuses. ALWAYS.
How do you know it’s truly an excuse OR if maybe, just maybe, it’s a legitimate reason for not doing what you KNOW you should do?
If you’re NOT actively looking for a way to make it happen with the time & resources you have, it’s an excuse.
The cliché is true:
You either find a way, or you find an excuse.
There are NO exceptions to this truth.
If you SAY you want something and you REALLY want it, you MUST be prepared to do whatever it takes to get it.
And no, the hard work are NOT the actual actions you have to take.
The hard work is the INNER work it takes:
To keep going despite your fears and doubts.
To feel uncomfortable and still move forward.
To let go of things (habits, people, beliefs) that no longer serve you.
To adapt new behavior and enter new territory.
To pick yourself up every time you fall.
To deal with failure, loss, and hearing ‘no’ more often than you hear yes.
And to keep going, keep going, KEEP ON GOING until you’ve achieved what you SAY you want.
This is something a lot of people aren’t willing to do.
They give up. They whine. They complain.
They think others have it easier because….(whatever excuse they can come up with to justify why they can’t have something someone else can.)
If you truly want what you SAY you want, you have to be fully committed.
You HAVE to be all in.
And you HAVE to do whatever it takes to get what you want.
Is not just getting what you want.
It’s also learning new things.
Breaking through your own inner boundaries.
Freeing yourself from the prison of your own making.
Experiencing the intense joy of watching yourself do things you never in a MILLION years thought you would ever be able to do.
Is growing yourself.
Growing your business.
Opening up to new levels of joy and achievement time after time.
Feeling happy and fulfilled that you’re living up to your potential.
Feeling good about yourself.
To feel your confidence and inner power grow.
And to feel totally, fully alive.
That’s worth being committed and all in, right?
Yes, it’s not always easy.
But by god, these rewards are worth it a million times over!
So be honest now:
How committed are you to what you SAY you want? Really?
Are you doing what you KNOW you should do to achieve what you want?
And if not, are you looking for someone to help you with that?
You don’t have to be fearless to go for your dreams.
All you have to do is be willing to face your fear if and when you encounter it.
And to keep moving despite it.
Keep your eye on what you want, and the rewards it will bring you.
P.S.: Need help to know what to do to get what you want? To GO for your big business dream and be all in? To keep going no matter what?
If you’re an ambitious woman entrepreneur who is ready, willing and able to be ALL IN, and do what it takes to get what she wants (in your own way! And on your own terms, naturally!!): I’m your gal 😉
