People often think they have to change or adjust who they are and what their natural behavioral style is if they want to grow their business and become more successful.
Especially introverts like me often think they have to be more extraverted – simply because most of us got this advice since we were kids.
We’re all taught that there are certain ways to run your business or perform at work. And if that’s not who you are, then you simply have to adjust.
‘Cause this is how the world works, baby.
My message is totally different.
I believe the exact opposite is true:
The more you are true to yourself in every aspect of your business, the easier it is to grow your business.
You become successful AS A RESULT of who you are – not in spite of who you are.
That’s the essence of my message, and that’s also why I decided to interview Marloes Bouwmeester from www.desuccesvolleintrovert.nl.
Marloes is an educational scientist who specializes in introversion. She is an introvert herself and teaches other introverts how they can be successful in their work by using their natural introvert gifts.
Her greatest wish is that introverts worldwide start to see their success potential and start living up to it.
What I love about Marloes – and what sets her apart from other coaches who focus on introverts – is that she teaches them to use their introvert qualities instead of adjust themselves. (And she teaches them exactly how to do this.)
Listen to this interview (that’s also inspiring for extraverts!) and learn from Marloes:
- How you can align your marketing with your personality;
- How to build your business using your introverted qualities;
- How to find your natural persuasive power you can use in your marketing;
- And much more.
You can listen to the interview here:
Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the interview!
And when you’ve listened to it, I’d love to hear what you think!
What resonated with you? What insight did you get?
And how will you apply this in your business?
You can post it in the comments below. Thanks!
P.S. For Dutch-speaking people interested in learning more about your natural introvert qualities:
Marloes made a video about it you can watch here:
