3 easy ways to improve your results without working harderThe first thing most people think when they want to improve their results, is that this means they have to work harder than they do right now.

That’s not true.

These 3 tips are easy to implement and WILL improve your results over time.

Pick one tip that speaks to you, and implement it for at least 2 weeks in a row:



Easy way #1 – Be more intentional

Most people go through the day without really paying attention to the things that matter most.

There are calls to make, emails to answer, to-do-lists to work through, chores to do.

Before you know it, the day is over.

And how much time did you spend that day on things that REALLY matter to you?

Did you take inspired actions that bring your goals closer to you?
Did you REALLY enjoy your day, your activities, and the people you connected with?
Did you spend your time doing things that fulfill you, and make you happy?


Try starting your day with setting a powerful intention.

Your results will improve AND you’ll feel better too!

Here’s how you do it:

Take 5 minutes in the morning to answer the following questions:

 

  • How do you want to feel throughout your day?
  • What 1 to 3 actions can you take today, that will make you feel happy, satisfied & fulfilled about this day when you look back on it tonight?

That’s it.

And write your answers down, preferably by hand (it’s more powerful to write it by hand, as if you engrain it in your brain that way.)


Easy way #2 – Do that thing you’d rather not do (and do it first thing)
All of us have things we really should do – those actions that are important steps in reaching our goals.

But some of those actions we just rather not do. Because we don’t know where to start, or how to do it. Or because this step scares us.

These are the steps you really SHOULD take.

Ask yourself this question every morning:

(Be honest, OK 😉 )

Is there something that I really SHOULD do today, to bring me closer to my most important goals?

The answer usually comes up immediately. When you’re honest with yourself, you always know.

Whatever action comes up: take it. Take a deep breath, and take it. If you do this consistently, your results will most definitely improve!

(And, again, this will make you feel better too!)



Easy way #3 – Be clear on what you want, and WHY you want it

A lot of people aren’t clear on what they want. Sometimes they THINK they are clear, when in reality they only have a vague notion of their desire.

Sometimes all they know is what they DON’T want, and they have no clue what they DO want instead.

You can’t manifest desires or reach goals you’re not clear on.

You don’t know what step(s) to take to get there. It’s difficult to recognize opportunities and chances that are right in front of you. And others can’t help you manifest it either: if it’s not clear what direction you’re going in, it’s also not clear to them how they can help you get there.

Make sure your desires and goals are clear to you, and come from your heart.

If you’re not clear yet, than make this your number one goal: to find out what it is you DO want.
